Since its inception, the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Entrepreneurs Association (HAWEE) has successfully built a community of reputable female leaders in terms of capacity and internal strength, becoming a reputable partner of businesses and leading domestic and foreign organizations.
Throughout the event, a total of 20 speakers shared stories about connecting female entrepreneurs to their communities and increasing their influence through leadership development, image, and inner strength; bringing members together, connecting them, creating opportunities for them to give each other strength so they may develop, balance and progress together; making a mark with social work and community activities that are sustainable and effective, implementing gender equality and progressive goals etc. Educating women and the next generation of leaders with inspiring stories, stories from leadership practices, and stories from experts at home and abroad can inspire them to have a greater vision, dare to think and act, and lead in creating positive change in organizations and communities.
With the desire to encourage Vietnamese businesses to dedicate themselves to building a flexible and tolerant team and organizational culture; join forces with the Vietnamese business community to affirm its strengths in the region; Deploying the ESG strategy to promptly transform the business model towards sustainable development, creating the future, the forum attracted more than 500 attendees from a large number of businesses in the city and neighboring provinces.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a part of this initiative from HAWEE to elevate its mission and become a strategic partner of domestic and foreign organizations, associations and business communities.
