About the Forum
The Canada–Viet Nam Forum on Economic Resilience and CPTPP–EU Linkages brings together senior policymakers, diplomats, business leaders, academics, legal practitioners, and trade experts to explore how deeper cooperation between the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the European Union can strengthen economic resilience and support a more open, rules-based trading system.
Held immediately prior to the CPTPP Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM 3), the Forum provides a timely platform to examine the evolving global trade landscape, supply chain resilience, digital trade governance, and opportunities for stronger Canada–Viet Nam and Indo-Pacific economic partnerships.
The programme features keynote addresses, fireside conversations, expert panel discussions, and an evening networking reception.
