Senior Managing Director at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation

Pham Ngoc Bich is a Canadian Citizen with Vietnamese origin, living and working in Vietnam in last 18 years in various corporate executive capacities, contributing to the development of the investment fund management, securities market and securities brokerage/investment banking industries in Vietnam. He currently represents CanCham member Ho Chi Minh Securities Corporation, for which firm he have been leading the Investment Banking Division as Senior Managing Director for almost 10 years.
Before returning to Vietnam in 2007, he worked at CIBC Wood Gundy Securities in Toronto and CIBC Global Asset Management in Hong Kong, where he had the chance to serve as Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong between 2000 and 2004. Before Hong Kong, he pioneered in building the derivative market at the Montreal Exchange (part of the TSX) and worked in Corporate Banking for the Bank of Nova Scotia and in Currency Trading for Credit Lyonnais Canada
He would like to contribute his extensive business experience in Vietnam and Canada to help develop trade and business relations for the Canadian business community in Vietnam.
