On July 16, 2026, in Hanoi, Mr. Nam Nguyen Hoang – General Director of L’MAK – represented the company at the Vietnam Sustainable Construction Forum 2026 and received the LEED v4.1 O+M Platinum certification for L’MAK 68.
LEED Operations and Maintenance is designed for existing buildings and evaluates their actual operational performance. The certification recognises efforts to improve energy and resource efficiency, enhance indoor environmental quality and reduce environmental impacts throughout building operations.
Following L’MAK The Signature, L’MAK 68 is now the second office building within L’MAK’s operated portfolio to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
This milestone goes beyond the recognition of an individual property. It reflects L’MAK’s consistent management approach: creating efficient and sustainable workplaces that deliver long-term value to tenants, partners and the wider community.
As part of VSCF 2026, outstanding projects certified under LEED, LOTUS and EDGE were also recognised. The event also marked the launch of the “VSCF Incubator”, an initiative connecting students, industry experts and businesses to foster new solutions for Vietnam’s green construction sector.
