This Valentine’s, an assortment of delightful chocolates and sweets will be available to charm lovers at Park Lounge from 7 to 14 February 2020.  Here you will find Hokkaido strawberry, Chambord and crème fraîche love hearts to express your love to someone special.  All handmade delicacies are in beautiful heart shapes to spread love and affection.  Prices start at VND 175,000 per cake, subject to 5% service charge and then 10% VAT.

Valentines Dinner at Square One

For those looking for a cozy and romantic ambience, Square One is your perfect choice.  On the night of Valentine’s Day, our talented chefs are excited to introduce an exquisite menu for your unforgettable dinner.

You are welcomed with a glass of rosé wine selected by our own sommelier.  Then, the romantic date starts with Huîtres with black pearl oysters, rau rum and kaffir lime granite, and Homard with lobster medallion, confit tomato, duck fat potato and vadouvan sauce.

The two main courses are Canard featuring confit duck leg agnolotti, apple, heirloom carrots and morel sauce, and Du boeuf with Cape Grim beef, champignons, charred shallots and Phu Quoc peppercorn sauce.  Make the night sweeter with our signature Chocolat with caramelized Marou dark chocolate, sea salt and Grand Marnier ice cream, as well as raspberry and white chocolate love heart Petit fours.
